Rosemary Essential Oil
Pure rosemary essential oil is a truly versatile stimulating oil. It is very effective in treating bronchial ailments because of its anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and antibacterial properties. It aids peripheral circulation and has been effective in treating fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue.
How to use: In the bath - add 6-8 drops to a warm relaxing bath. Vegetable oil (15 mL) may also be added for a truly moisturizing experience. Massage - add 3-5 drops of oil to a tablespoon for carrier oil (sweet almond, grapeseed, or choose from many others) to create a relaxing massage oil. Diffusers - add 3-5 drops of oil to diffuser. If using a candle diffuser, add water to blending well to 3/4 full and maintain level at 1/4 to 1/2. Caution: Do not take internally: keep away from eyes. Use sparingly. Keep away from children. If irritation develops, discontinue use. Avoid if pregnant. Avoid if epileptic.
